An online community for female founders who want to feel safe running their business.
You wanted freedom. You got isolation, anxiety & daily meltdowns. This is the community for female founders & solopreneurs who are ready to stop doing it alone, have the support they need, and start moving forward consistently and with ease.
No spam. You'll be the first to know when doors open.
A small, safe space for founders who are done managing
everything alone.
Not a noisy slack group. Not a mastermind where you pretend things are going amazing. A real community — where you can say "I've wasted three days and I don't know why" and someone gets it and they get you out.
It's built around the same philosophy Align to Rise is built around: your nervous system is the foundation everything else sits on, and your business won't work how you want it to, without it feeling safe.
You set up on your own terms. Some days the freedom feels like a trap.
No structure. No one to think out loud with. No one to pull you back when you're spiralling.
This community is for you if:
- ✓ You work alone and the loneliness is quietly taking a toll
- ✓ You have meltdowns you'd never admit to on Linkedin
- ✓ You know what you need to do and still can't make yourself do it
- ✓ You want a place to just debrief, rest, feel like yourself for a moment.
- ✓ You keeping hitting walls and find it hard to stay on track without support.
Our Community will help you to decompress, regulate and keep moving forward.
Not a business coaching or mentorship - but a place to steady yourself then re-focus yourself - because sometimes getting yourself to do the stuff you know will help you, alone, is just too much.
In our community, we hear you, we help, but we don't let you stay in the struggle.

A Telegram group that's always on, plus two different kinds of call every month — designed to land you somewhere better than where you started.
The Telegram group
where most of the magic actually happens
A private group with other founders who are doing this work. You can drop in when you're spiralling, when you've got a win you want to share with people who actually get it, when you need a gut check on a decision, or when you've just had one of those days and need to say it out loud somewhere safe.
It's not a content feed. Nobody's performing. Just honest conversation between women who are building businesses and trying not to lose their minds in the process.
Twice a month, we get on a call.
Two different shapes of session, both held by Em.
Get co-regulated
We do regulation and capacity building practices together and work through topics that help you feel less all over the place — things like how to stop the 3am wakeups, how to make a decision when your brain won't stop going in circles, how to actually switch off at the end of the day. Being in a group where you feel safe to exhale is the magic.
You leave feeling more settled than when you arrived.
Activate
Submit your biggest problem, challenge or ideas before the session. Three people get coached live by Em with input from the other founders in the group. Everyone else chips in. You leave with actual clarity on how to move forward, validation for your work, a new idea or perspective and most importantly you feel energized to go do the thing! If you've been stuck a while or don't know how to do something and you're sick of GPT gaslighting you - you'll love these calls.
Real coaching, mentorship and group input.
Em's been a tech CMO, founded three businesses, and trained as a somatic practitioner and performance coach — so when she looks at a problem she's seeing the strategy, the body stuff, and the business all at once. She's also a ninja marketer, so that helps too.
Bring the stuff you're really stuck on. The thing you'd normally just sit with alone and ChatGPT isn't helping with.
Humans are not built to operate in isolation.
The loneliness of building something alone is one of the things nobody warns you about. In employment you had people around you without trying. Decisions made in rooms with other people. Hard moments processed over coffee.
When you go solo, all of that disappears. Most founders assume they should be fine with it. They chose this. So why does it feel like this?
Because your nervous system genuinely needs co-regulation — being around other people who are calm and grounded — to stay out of survival mode. When you're building alone, you don't have that. So you are more anxious, self doubt creeps in faster, you have endless spirals, and find it harder to do the simple things that would actually move your business forward.
What helps is being in a room — even a virtual one — with founders who can hold you steady on the days you can't hold yourself.
